Stablecoins Are Quietly Taking Over Crypto Casino Payouts
USDT is on every casino we review. USDC is on four. That split matters more than the peg, because a payout you cannot route is not a stable payout. The peg is the second question: a token can be worth a dollar and still be frozen, or sent on the wrong network and never arrive.
Who takes which
Tether is in the cashier at Stake, Duel, BC.Game, Vavada, Riobet, Housebets, Spin Crypto, Mostbet, Ramenbet, Joycasino, Casino-X, Flagman and Fresh. Minimums run from 1 USDT at Stake to 10 USDT at Duel, Housebets, Riobet and Mostbet. The older brands often quote a dollar floor instead: $5 at Vavada, $10 at several of the Galaktika and Katch Up sites, €20 at Casino-X.
USDC is listed at Stake (minimum 1), BC.Game (about $1), Housebets (10) and Spin Crypto ($1). It is not listed at Duel, Riobet, Vavada, Mostbet or the Galaktika brands. If your wallet holds USDC and the casino only shows USDT, you need a swap before you deposit. The casino will not do it for you at the edge of the cashier.
The per-brand rows are on USDT casinos and USDC casinos.
The network is the part that loses the money
USDT on Tron and USDT on Ethereum are the same token and different addresses. Duel lists them as two rows, both minimum 10 USDT, TRC-20 quoted at about 10 minutes and ERC-20 a little slower. Joycasino, Casino-X, Ramenbet, Flagman, Fresh and Vavada print “TRC-20 / ERC-20” on one line, which means you still have to pick the network in the wallet so it matches the address on screen.
TRC-20 is the cheap one. ERC-20 costs whatever Ethereum gas costs that minute, and on a small cashout the fee can be the whole point of the withdrawal. We have not published a dollar figure for today’s gas, because it moves. Read the fee the wallet shows before you confirm, not a number from a guide.
TRX, the coin, is not USDT. That mix-up is covered on Litecoin, Tron, and the payout.
The freeze
Tether can blacklist an address. The tokens stay visible and stop moving. They did it to ten addresses holding $42.4 million with no court order in the case we wrote up, and again at scale on 29 October 2026, when Tether and Circle froze about $2.5 billion tied to the Binance outflows. Circle can do the same to USDC. The first write-up is Tether froze $42 million. The second is the Binance piece.
A normal casino payout is not what those freezes targeted. The practical point is smaller. Your USDT balance is a row in Tether’s database. Holding a session bankroll there is reasonable. Holding a savings balance there, at a casino or on an exchange, is a different decision.
The peg
A stablecoin is meant to be a dollar. For long stretches it is. It has also traded off the peg for hours at a time, which is enough to make a “stable” cashout worth a few percent less if you sell into the dip. Do not treat it as a bank account. Do treat it as the way to stop a Bitcoin balance shrinking between the bet and the withdrawal, which is the actual problem it solves in a cashier.
Where the cashier lists both, you can deposit in Bitcoin and withdraw in USDT. The two sides do not have to match. Convert at the casino’s rate only after you have read the spread. The converter shows the spot price, which the cashier will not match exactly.
How to switch a cashout
- Open the withdrawal tab and choose USDT or USDC, not “crypto” as a blob.
- Pick the network the address belongs to. TRC-20 if the address is a Tron address.
- Send the minimum. At Stake that is 1 USDT. At Duel it is 10.
- Wait for it. Stake’s USDT payouts are the ones we have timed, in seconds, across more than 200 withdrawals. Other brands: use their published window, not Stake’s.
