Terms of service
Last updated: 20 August 2026. These terms cover your use of cryptocasinoshub.org. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, the browser has a back button and no hard feelings.
What this site is
- An independent review site for crypto casinos, written by people who fund the accounts themselves.
- A source of measured numbers: payout times, wagering requirements, licences, deposit minimums.
- Free to read, paid for by affiliate commission that has no effect on the ratings.
What it is not
- A casino. We take no bets, hold no funds and run no games.
- Legal, financial or tax advice. Your jurisdiction is your responsibility.
- A guarantee. Casinos change their terms without telling us or you.
Who may use this site
You must be at least 18, or older where your country sets a higher gambling age. You must also be somewhere that permits online gambling. Laws differ by country and sometimes by region within a country, they change, and paying with crypto does not exempt anyone from them. Checking your own position before you deposit anywhere is your job, not ours.
Every casino we cover blocks a list of countries of its own. Those lists are in the reviews, but the operator’s own terms are the authority, and they can change at any time.
Nothing here is advice
The content is editorial opinion supported by testing. It is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice or a recommendation to gamble. Gambling costs money on average, by design, and no article on this site changes that arithmetic. If you need advice on the law or your taxes, ask someone qualified in your country.
How our ratings work, and what they are worth
Scores come from a published method: licensing and oversight, measured payout speed, bonus value after wagering, game library, support quality and the Trust Index behind all of it. The weights and a worked example are on how we test and rate, so anyone can check the arithmetic.
What a score cannot do is predict your experience. A casino that paid us in eight minutes may take a day when you ask, because verification, coin choice, network conditions and the operator’s own policies all interfere. Treat a rating as evidence, not a promise.
Bonus terms, payout limits, licences and country restrictions are recorded when we test and rechecked on a schedule. Between checks an operator can change any of them without notice. Read the terms on the casino’s own site before you deposit, every time.
Affiliate links and how we are paid
Some links to casinos are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, the operator may pay us a commission, at no cost to you. That is what funds the deposits we lose during testing and the time spent writing the reviews.
No casino can buy a rating, a position in a list or a place in the Trust Index. No operator sees a review before it is published, and we publish the parts that make a casino look bad along with the parts that do not. Where we have no affiliate deal with a casino, we still review it the same way.
Third party sites
Once you leave this site, you are dealing with somebody else. We do not control a casino’s games, terms, cashier, support, security or decision to pay you, and we cannot intervene in a dispute between you and an operator. If a casino treats you badly, tell us anyway. It goes into the next retest and it can move a score.
Content, comments and copyright
The reviews, ratings, measurements, tables and code on this site are ours. Quote a paragraph with a link back and we are happy. Republishing pages wholesale, scraping the data or passing our testing off as your own is not allowed. Casino names and logos belong to their owners and appear here for identification.
If you leave a comment, keep it civil and keep it honest. We remove spam, abuse, other people’s private information and anything promoting a site we have not tested. By posting, you allow us to publish and edit your comment here, and you confirm it is yours to post.
Accuracy, availability and liability
We work hard to keep everything correct and current, and we still get things wrong sometimes. The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and we do not promise it will always be online or error free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for gambling losses, for money lost at a casino you found through this site, for a withdrawal an operator refuses to pay, for coins sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network, or for any indirect loss arising from using the site. What we will do is correct the record, retest the casino and say so publicly. Found a mistake? The contact page reaches us directly, and corrections are welcome.
Gamble responsibly
Gambling is entertainment with a price attached. Set a deposit limit before you start, never chase a loss, never gamble borrowed money, and treat every bonus with wagering attached as buying playing time rather than making money. Take the deposit limits, timeouts and self exclusion tools that casinos offer, because they work.
If it has stopped being fun, help is free and confidential: BeGambleAware, GamCare, Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous all take contact from anywhere in the world.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when the site changes, and the date at the top moves with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version. How we handle data is a separate document, the privacy policy, and who we are is on the about page.
