Privacy policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026. This policy covers cryptocasinoshub.org and nothing else. The casinos we write about run their own sites under their own rules.
The short version
- We do not run analytics, ad networks or trackers on this site.
- We set no cookies unless you leave a comment or log in as an editor.
- Clicks on casino links are counted, not attributed. There is no visitor level record.
- We never sell data, and we have nothing worth selling.
What you should still know
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
- Live coin prices are fetched by your browser from CoinGecko, so that request leaves your device.
- Once you click through to a casino, that operator’s privacy policy applies, not ours.
- Email us and we hold your email until the conversation is finished.
Who we are
Crypto Casinos Hub is an independent editorial site that reviews cryptocurrency casinos. We are not a casino, we do not take bets, and we never hold anyone’s money. More about the people and the method is on the about page and in how we test and rate.
For anything in this policy, write to us through the contact page. We answer data requests ourselves. There is no ticket queue.
What we collect, and why
| What | Why it exists | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|
| Server logs IP address, browser string, page requested, time | Written automatically by the web server. They are what keeps the site up and lets us see an attack or an error. | A short period on the hosting provider’s rotation, then overwritten. |
| Comments name, email, comment text, IP address | Only if you choose to write one. WordPress stores it so the comment can be published and moderated. | Until you ask us to delete it. |
| Email you send us | To answer you. Nothing else. | Until the matter is closed, then deleted. |
| Outbound click counts | A single number per casino, so we know which reviews people act on. It records that a click happened, never who made it. | Indefinitely, as an aggregate. It cannot be traced back to a person. |
| Price cache | Live coin prices are stored in your own browser for five minutes so the page does not hammer the API. It stays on your device. | Cleared when you close the tab. |
That is the complete list. There is no analytics script on this site, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no heatmap and no fingerprinting. You can verify that by opening your browser’s network tab.
Cookies
Browse the site and we set no cookies at all. Two exceptions exist, both of them yours to trigger. Leaving a comment offers to save your name and email in a cookie so you do not retype them. Logging in as an editor sets the standard WordPress session cookies. Neither happens by accident.
Casinos are a different matter. The moment you follow one of our links, the operator and its affiliate network can set their own cookies and identifiers to attribute the visit. That is their processing under their policy, and it is worth reading before you sign up anywhere.
Third parties involved
- HostingOur server providerRuns the machine this site sits on and keeps the logs described above. It processes data on our instructions only.
- PricesCoinGeckoYour browser requests coin prices directly from their public API on pages that show live rates. They see that request, including your IP, the same as any site you visit. Nothing of yours is sent with it.
- Casinos and affiliate networksThe sites we link toIndependent companies with their own policies. We pass no personal data to them, because we hold none to pass.
- Search enginesIndexing onlyWe use an SEO plugin to describe pages properly. It collects nothing about visitors.
Legal basis for processing
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the GDPR gives you specific rights and requires us to name a lawful basis for anything we do with your data. Ours are simple. Server logs and aggregate click counts rest on legitimate interests, namely keeping the site running and understanding which reviews are useful. Comments and email rest on your consent, given by choosing to write to us.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of anything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent for anything you gave it for. In practice this usually means one comment and one email thread, and we will handle it within a month of your request.
Ask through the contact page. We do not require you to prove your identity with documents, since the data involved is minimal, but we may ask a question that confirms you are the person who wrote the comment or the email.
If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority, and nothing here takes that away.
Security, transfers and children
The site runs over HTTPS, the admin area is restricted to our own accounts, and software is kept current. No system is perfect, and anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing.
Our server and the services above may sit outside your country, so data can be processed elsewhere. Given what we hold, which is logs and the occasional email, this carries little risk to you, but you should know it happens.
This site is for adults. It is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from a minor. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything that collects data, this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it. There will be no quiet updates. Questions, corrections and data requests all go to the contact page, and the rules for using the site itself are in the terms of service.
